NATO/LITHUANIAN ARMED FORCES – CONNECTED TO A MICRO GRID
Multicontainer MC 84: (SOUTH-orientation)
The multicontainer is a part of the cross-power system developed by Pfisterer and therefore does not have its own battery storage. Several smaller electricity networks (microgrids) that operated in isolated mode were set up for the camp. Power is generated from a combination of diesel generators, wind turbines and solar power. Multicon`s solar power plant is an important part of this microgrid.
